Kathmandu: The Rastriya Prajatantra Party (RPP) is offering opportunities for youth leadership within its ranks and has opened applications for 20 central member positions. In a bid to foster a more youth-friendly and inclusive leadership, the party welcomes interested individuals from all corners of the country to apply.

To be eligible for these positions, applicants must be below the age of 40. Aspiring party leaders, who are above the age limit, are required to submit their personal details and a future action plan to the party's official address before the third week of August.

The selection process will take into account various factors, including geographical representation, population, areas with potential for party influence, and gender balance. At least 50 percent of the central members will be women, as emphasized by central member Saraswoti Adhikari.

Apart from meeting the eligibility criteria, candidates must demonstrate a strong commitment to the party's policies, principles, agenda, and goals. Their proficiency in information and technology, linguistic abilities, and potential to stand as direct candidates in elections will also be considered during the nomination process.

The opportunity is open to all Nepali citizens, irrespective of whether they are already affiliated with the party or not. This move reflects the party's intent to bring in fresh perspectives and energize its leadership with the participation of young and capable individuals from diverse backgrounds.
